Tuition & Fees

Annual Tuition Rates

MSNV offers a school-year program from September through early June. Rates listed are based on an Annual Payment plan. MSNV offers Annual, Annual with Tuition Insurance, Quarterly, and Monthly payment plans. You can expect a 2% charge to be added to the Annual with Tuition Insurance and to the Quarterly payment plans. A 3% charge will be added to the Monthly payment plan. MSNV's billing cycle is June to February for monthly billing and from June to March for quarterly. Annual payments are due in June. There is a $1000 deposit due when the enrollment contract is signed. All families new to MSNV will be assessed a one-time charge of $200 non-refundable fee.

    *Full-Day Preprimary: 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
    Half-Day Primary: 8:20 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    Full-Day Primary: 8:20 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.
    Lower Elementary: 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
    Upper Elementary: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.                                   
    Middle School: 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

  • Tuition Deposit

    A nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 is required for each child upon enrollment. The deposit is applied to tuition.

  • Tuition Insurance

    Tuition insurance is optional for families choosing the annual plan and costs 1.5% of the annual tuition. Tuition insurance is required for monthly and quarterly tuition plans and its cost is included in each plan.

  • New Student Fee

    Families enrolling a child at MSNV for the first time are required to pay a $200 non-refundable MSNV Membership Fee. Only one fee is required per family.

Tuition Assistance

Families (prospective or currently enrolled in Primary through Middle School) are eligible to apply for tuition assistance. Please keep in mind that eligibility and submitting a tuition assistance application does not automatically guarantee that you will receive tuition assistance funds.

Our Tuition Assistance application deadline is January 7, 2025 for currently enrolled families and January 15, 2025 for prospective families.

We recommend prospective families complete the admission application and tuition assistance application simultaneously. Prospective families will receive notification of their tuition assistance application when admissions decisions are communicated by March 1 if the family has completed all requirements by the January 15 tuition application deadline. Families who apply after the January 15 application deadline will have their MSNV tuition decisions based on available funding, which will be made on a rolling basis. Please note that admission decisions are not contingent on financial need.
 
The 2025-26 school application and tuition assistance application deadline for prospective families is January 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Extended Day Rates

Any child who is enrolled at MSNV is eligible to apply to the Extended Day program. Limited space is available and priority is given to those who register early. Contracted time is for Monday through Friday only. Parents may sign up for one or several blocks of time, depending on their childcare needs, adding the amounts in each block to come up with a total annual fee.

Additional Fees

Late fee $20.00 per fifteen minutes, rounded up to the next fifteen minutes. Late fees apply if you do not pick up your child at the designated pick up time.
Change process Changes must be made by the 15th of the month preceding the date requested. For example, an April 1 change date would need to be communicated by March 15.
